We have received multiple reports of suspicious SMS messages impersonating MEXC.
The SMS messages currently being reported were not sent by MEXC. The domain "mexc.sc" included in these messages is not an official MEXC domain and is a phishing website unaffiliated with MEXC.

■ If You Receive a Suspicious SMS
Official MEXC SMS messages will not contain links or phone numbers.
If you receive a suspicious SMS, please do not:
- Click or visit any links in the message
- Call any phone numbers provided in the message
- Enter or share your password, verification codes, or other sensitive information
Always access your MEXC account directly through the official MEXC App or website.
■ If You Have Already Entered Your Information
If you have entered your login credentials on a suspicious website, please change your MEXC login password immediately.
We also strongly recommend reviewing your login history, account balances, and API settings for any activity you do not recognize.
If you entered a verification code or notice any unauthorized login, trading, or withdrawal activity, please contact MEXC Customer Service immediately through the official MEXC App or website.
