MEXC Will Conduct Database Upgrade (07/29)

Dear MEXCers,

To improve product experience, MEXC will conduct the database upgrade with the following arrangements:

Upgrade Time:

• 2023-07-29 01:00 - 2023-07-29 02:30 (UTC)

• Users may encounter messages such as "system error" when clicking the "Commit MX" or "Quick Commit" button on the Kickstarter/ Launchpool event page. If such issues occur, you may try again after 5 minutes. Others in the activities will not be affected;
• Users may encounter messages such as "system error" when clicking the "Stake Now" button on the Savings page. If such issues occur, you may try again after 5 minutes. Others in the activities will not be affected;
• Users may encounter messages such as "system error" when sending or receiving "Red Envelope." If such issues occur, you may try again after 5 minutes.
• Users may not be able to view the data information on the Proof of Reserves (PoR) page temporarily. If such issues occur, you may try again after 5 minutes.

• Please rest assured that all users' assets are safe during the upgrade;
• Please make financial arrangements in advance to avoid any risks caused by market fluctuations during the upgrade；
• The upgrade duration is based on our best estimates and may vary；
• If the market fluctuates greatly before the upgrade, the platform will postpone the upgrade based on the market situation and release an announcement to inform users in advance;
• All affected services will resume normally after the upgrade completes, which will be announced separately.
