How to Participate
1. Complete the requirements
Complete Advanced KYC Verification and deposit at least $100 during the event period.
2. Submit your subscription
Select the available SHEIN(PRE) subscription option and subscribe using the applicable asset.
3. Receive your credits
Following successful subscription, eligible users will receive mirror credits according to the event rules.
4. Wait for settlement
After SHEIN's first trading day, your mirror credits will be settled according to the event rules.
Subscription Options
The event has a total subscription quota of $1,000,000. Eligible users can subscribe with USDT through the following options:
1. New User Subscription
Audience: New users
Quota: $300,000
Individual Limit: 100–10,000 USDT
2. General Subscription
Audience: All eligible users
Quota: $500,000
Individual Limit: 100–10,000 USDT
3. Elite Subscription
Audience: Elite VVIP with an M-Score of 800 or above
Quota: $200,000
Individual Limit: 100–10,000 USDT
Subscription price: HKD 47.60–49.50 (approximately $6.07–$6.32). The final subscription price will be determined in accordance with the event rules.
Increase Your Subscription Limit
Eligible users can increase their maximum subscription limit by completing the following deposit tasks during the event period:
• Deposit $10,000: Increase the subscription limit by 10%, up to $11,000
• Deposit $50,000: Increase the subscription limit by 50%, up to $15,000
• Deposit $100,000: Increase the subscription limit by 100%, up to $20,000

Settlement
After SHEIN's first trading day, MEXC will settle the relevant credits based on the disclosed settlement rules and SHEIN's first-day closing price. The resulting settlement amount will then be credited to eligible users' accounts.
To mirror the actual cost structure of an IPO, participation in this event is subject to the following fees:
• Subscription Fee: Approximately 1.0085% in total.
• Selling Fee: 0.5% of the settlement amount, charged at settlement.
After trading ends on the first day of SHEIN's listing, the platform will use SHEIN's closing price on the first trading day as the settlement benchmark price and settle users' mirror credits according to the event rules.
Profit = Final Allocated Amount × [IPO Closing Price − IPO Subscription Price × (1 + Total Fee Rate)]
The subscription fee is calculated based on the subscription price multiplied by the total subscription fee rate (approximately 1.0085%). The 0.5% selling fee will be deducted from the settlement amount at the time of settlement.
The mirror credits provided through this event do not represent direct ownership of SHEIN shares. The final settlement amount depends on the applicable settlement rules and SHEIN's market performance and may be lower than the user's subscription amount.
