To provide a better futures trading experience, MEXC Futures Demo Trading will undergo a system upgrade maintenance on October 9, 2023, from 07:00 to 07:30 (UTC). The upgrade maintenance is expected to take 30 minutes.
Please note that during the upgrade period, the following issues may occur:
1. Error notifications when entering the Futures Demo Trading page.
2. Error notifications related to Futures Demo Trading functions.
3. Errors in Futures Demo Trading market and order book data.
If any of the above errors occur, the longest expected impact time is not more than 2 minutes. We recommend that you try again after 2 minutes.
Functions such as futures live trading, buying cryptos, spot, margin, deposits, and withdrawals are not affected.
In the event of significant market fluctuations prior to the upgrade, the platform will adjust the upgrade schedule based on market conditions and provide timely announcements regarding any postponements or extensions. Please refer to the official website announcement for the latest information.
