<title>Terms and Conditions</title><ul><li>By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.</li><li>Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.</li><li>Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.</li><li>The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.</li><li>All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. During the event, make a net deposit of at least 1,000 ORTA, 100 USDT, or 100 USDC, and maintain total Spot holdings of at least 100 USDT (in any token) by the end of the event to receive 25 USDT.

Event Rules

• Users must click the "Register Now" button on the event page to be eligible for the event. 

• Market makers, institutional users, as well as certain affiliates and their referees, are not eligible to participate in this event.

• Participants must at least complete Primary KYC verification before the event ends to qualify for rewards.

• New users refer to users who sign up during the event or have a total deposit of less than $100 before the event starts (including on-chain, fiat, and P2P deposits).

• For users who register before the event begins, the tracking period runs from the event start date to the event end date. For users who register after the event has started, the tracking period runs from the time of registration to the event end date. Deposits and trades made before registration will not be included in the event statistics but will not affect eligibility or reward distribution.

• Eligible deposit methods include on-chain deposits, fiat deposits, card deposits, P2P trading, and third-party payments. Eligible withdrawal methods include on-chain withdrawals, internal transfers, P2P or fiat withdrawals, and gift withdrawals.

• All deposits for this event are calculated as net deposits, calculated as total deposits minus total withdrawals. Deposit amounts are calculated based on the token value at the time of deposit, while withdrawal amounts are calculated based on the token value at the time of withdrawal. Participants whose net deposit amount falls below the minimum requirement by the end of the event will not be eligible for rewards.

• Users who have registered for other new-user exclusive events are not eligible for rewards from this event.

• Rewards from Event 1 and Event 2 cannot be combined. Users will only receive the highest-value reward for which they qualify.

• Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within 14 calendar days after the event ends. Token rewards will be airdropped to users' Spot wallets, while bonuses will be credited to users' Futures wallets.

• Futures bonuses from this event are valid for 14 days after being credited. Please read the Futures Bonus Usage Instructions before using them.
