The first batch of 262,400 HYPE tokens from an address cluster associated with Tornado Cash has been unlocked and is now being sold.
PANews reported on January 5 that, according to MLM monitoring, the first batch of 262,400 HYPE tokens (approximately $6.9 million) in the wallet address cluster associated with Tornado Cash has been unlocked (unstaking) and immediately began to be sold off.
Previously, on January 2nd, after more than 12 months of inactivity, the aforementioned entity unstaking 631,889 HYPE tokens (approximately $20.3 million) through three different wallets within three days. All of the HYPE held by this entity was purchased within three weeks of the TGE's conclusion, with funds originating from Tornado Cash. Its total holdings exceed 4.36 million HYPE, and this unstaking represents approximately 14% to 15% of its total holdings.
