At present, MEXC institutional verification is only available on the web platform. You can access the institutional verification page by going to the official MEXC website and navigating to User Icon → Identification → Switch to Institutional Verification.

2. What is the institutional verification process?
The MEXC institutional verification process consists of four main steps:
1. Fill in institutional information, including the company's basic information, registered address, and main operating address.
2. Fill in member information, including detailed information about the company authorizer, individuals with significant responsibility for managing or directing the entity, and the ultimate beneficiary.
3. Upload all required supporting documents you have prepared in advance.
4. Read and agree to the statement, then submit your application and wait for review.
You can also read How to Complete Institutional Verification for more details.
3. How long does the review take?
After submitting your institutional verification application, your account will enter the Review stage. The review time may vary depending on the completeness and accuracy of the materials submitted. MEXC recommends that you wait patiently and keep your contact information available so the review team can reach you promptly if needed.
4. What are the benefits of completing institutional verification?
After successfully completing MEXC institutional verification, your account will enjoy the following benefits: your 24-hour withdrawal limit can be increased to 400 BTC, your account will receive a higher level of security protection, and you will also gain access to more exclusive institutional account benefits and services.
5. What if our board resolution and ownership structure documents do not follow a fixed format?
MEXC provides users with reference templates for board resolution documents and ownership structure materials. You can click Template on the institutional verification page to download them and prepare the required documents accordingly, helping ensure that your submission meets the platform's requirements.
6. Can identification documents be submitted using a national ID card?
According to MEXC requirements, identification documents for directors, authorized representatives, individuals managing or leading the company, and ultimate beneficiaries holding 25% or more must be valid passports only. Other types of identification documents, such as national ID cards or driver's licenses, do not meet the submission requirements.
7. Can I submit part of the materials first if my documents are incomplete?
MEXC recommends that you begin the verification process only after preparing all required materials. Incomplete documents may prevent you from completing the information during the process, which could require you to exit and re-enter multiple times to continue preparation. This may affect the overall verification efficiency. Therefore, please review the document checklist carefully and make sure everything is ready before clicking Verify Now.
8. What is the difference between institutional verification and personal KYC verification?
Personal verification is intended for users trading as individuals and is divided into two levels: Primary KYC and Advanced KYC. Institutional verification, on the other hand, is designed specifically for institutional entities such as companies, funds, and trusts, and requires more detailed company governance and ownership information. After completing institutional verification, users can enjoy a higher withdrawal limit and more exclusive services.
9. How can I get help if I encounter issues during the verification process?
If you encounter any issues during the institutional verification process, you can visit the MEXC Help Center on the official website to review relevant documentation, or contact the MEXC customer service team for professional assistance. Please make sure the contact information you provide is accurate so you can receive review notifications and feedback in a timely manner.
If you are considering opening an institutional account for your company, it is recommended that you prepare all required documents in advance according to the checklist. This will greatly improve your verification efficiency and help you access exclusive institutional account benefits more quickly.
