HODL Rewards
Hold MARSCOIN in your Spot wallet during the event to share in the on-chain distributions received by MEXC.
To qualify, you must:
• Complete KYC verification
• Maintain an average qualifying holding of at least 1,500 MARSCOIN during the event
Your qualifying holdings will be determined using daily snapshots taken at random times. All daily snapshots during the event will be averaged to determine your average qualifying holdings.
At the end of the event, eligible users will share the reward pool in proportion to their average qualifying holdings:
Your Reward = Total Reward Pool × (Your Average Qualifying Holdings / Total Average Qualifying Holdings of All Eligible Users)
The reward pool is based on the actual on-chain distributions received by MEXC during the event, so the final reward amount may vary. Rewards will be distributed as Futures bonuses after settlement.

Important Notes
• Participation in this event does not guarantee a fixed reward amount or rate of return.
• Only available Spot balances count toward qualifying holdings. MARSCOIN subscribed to Earn products, used as collateral for MEXC Loans, or held in escrow does not count.
• Users must complete KYC verification to be eligible for HODL rewards, which will be distributed as Futures bonuses.
• Users must meet the applicable minimum holding requirement based on their average holdings to qualify for rewards.
• Daily position snapshots are taken at random times and are not disclosed in advance.
• HODL Rewards are calculated based on each eligible user's proportional share of the on-chain distributions received by MEXC during the event. Each user's allocated reward will be converted into a Futures bonus of equivalent value at settlement.
• Individual reward limits may apply.
• Once the holding and reward data are finalized, rewards will be settled and distributed to eligible users' Futures accounts within 14 calendar days after the event ends.
• Futures bonuses are subject to their applicable validity periods. Any unused bonuses may be reclaimed upon expiration.
Terms and Conditions
• All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk account registration to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Suspected accounts will be investigated. If violations are confirmed, the account will be restricted and all rewards forfeited.
• All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
