Due to technical abnormalities detected on the NEOX and KLS mainnets, MEXC will officially discontinue all support for both networks.

Key Timeline

• Deposits: NEOX and KLS deposits have been suspended.

• Mainnet Support: Support for both mainnets will end on June 10, 2026.

• Withdrawals: KLS withdrawals have been closed. NEOX withdrawals will be suspended after June 10, 2026, following the discontinuation of mainnet support.

Mining Reward Transfers

MEXC deposit addresses for NEOX and KLS must no longer be used for mining reward distributions. Users are strongly encouraged to update any mining reward receiving address configurations and redirect future payouts to a supported external wallet.

MEXC will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of continued use of these deposit addresses for mining rewards after the suspension of related services.
