<title>नियम और शर्तें</title><ul><li>इस इवेंट में भाग लेने से यह माना जाएगा कि यूज़र ने इवेंट के नियम और शर्तों को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है और उनसे सहमत हैं.</li><li>इस इवेंट में भागीदारी केवल मुख्य अकाउंट तक ही सीमित है. सब-अकाउंट निजी अकाउंट के रूप में भाग नहीं ले सकते. अंतिम गणना के लिए सब-अकाउंट से ट्रेडिंग वॉल्यूम और संबंधित डेटा को मुख्य अकाउंट के साथ जोड़ा जाएगा.</li><li>यूज़र एक ही समय अवधि के भीतर MEXC पर एक ही प्रकार की इवेंट के लिए केवल एक ही रिवॉर्ड प्राप्त कर सकते हैं. बार-बार रिवॉर्ड जारी नहीं किए जाएँगे.</li><li>रिवॉर्ड का मूल्य मार्केट की स्थितियों के कारण उतार-चढ़ाव कर सकता है और किसी भी समय बढ़ या घट सकता है. मार्केट में अस्थिरता के परिणामस्वरूप रिवॉर्ड मूल्य में किसी भी परिवर्तन के लिए MEXC जिम्मेदार नहीं है.</li><li>रिवॉर्ड के सभी विजेताओं को रिवॉर्ड वितरण से पहले MEXC की जोखिम समीक्षा के अधीन होना होगा. जो यूज़र समीक्षा में पास नहीं होंगे, उन्हें रिवॉर्ड नहीं मिलेगा, और रिवॉर्ड दोबारा जारी नहीं किए जाएँगे. रिवॉर्ड वितरण के सभी मामलों पर अंतिम निर्णय MEXC का रहेगा.</li><li>इवेंट अवधि के दौरान, MEXC किसी भी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी या असामान्य व्यवहार का पता लगाने और उसे रोकने के लिए ट्रेडिंग गतिविधि की निगरानी करेगा, जिसमें निम्नलिखित शामिल हैं, लेकिन इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं हैं: एक से अधिक अकाउंट बनाना, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के अकाउंट या व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का उपयोग करना, गलत KYC विवरण प्रदान करना, ट्रेडिंग डेटा को कृत्रिम रूप से बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर पेश करना, धोखाधड़ी या लॉन्ड्रिंग ट्रेड में शामिल होना, इवेंट की शर्तों का उल्लंघन करना, स्थानीय नियामक आवश्यकताओं का उल्लंघन करना, या किसी अन्य गैरकानूनी, धोखाधड़ी या हानिकारक गतिविधियों में शामिल होना. यदि ऐसा कोई आचरण पाया जाता है, तो MEXC यूज़र को रिवॉर्ड प्राप्त करने से अयोग्य घोषित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है.</li><li>यह इवेंट किसी भी उत्पाद को खरीदने या बेचने के लिए सिफारिश या निवेश सलाह नहीं है, और इसे ऐसा नहीं माना जाना चाहिए. डिजिटल ऐसेट सट्टा और अत्यधिक अस्थिर होती हैं, तथा किसी भी समय अद्रव्यमान हो सकती हैं. वे केवल उच्च जोखिम सहनशीलता वाले निवेशकों के लिए उपयुक्त हैं, और निवेशक अपने निवेश का पूरा मूल्य खो सकते हैं. सभी प्रतिभागी अपने निवेश निर्णयों के लिए पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार हैं, और MEXC किसी भी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है. पिछली परफ़ॉर्मेंस फ़्यूचर के परिणामों का विश्वसनीय इंडिकेटर नहीं है. प्रतिभागियों को केवल उन्हीं उत्पादों में निवेश करना चाहिए जिन्हें वे समझते हों तथा जिनके जोखिम वे वहन करने में सक्षम हों. कोई भी निवेश करने से पहले, प्रतिभागियों को अपने निवेश अनुभव, वित्तीय स्थिति, उद्देश्यों और जोखिम सहनशीलता पर ध्यानपूर्वक विचार करना चाहिए, और यदि आवश्यक हो तो एक स्वतंत्र वित्तीय सलाहकार से परामर्श करना चाहिए.</li><li>MEXC किसी भी समय बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के इवेंट के नियमों को संशोधित या अपडेट करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है, जिसमें इस इवेंट को रद्द करना, विस्तारित करना या समाप्त करना, इवेंट में भाग लेने वाले यूज़र के लिए योग्यता शर्तों को संशोधित करना, और इवेंट और रिवॉर्ड संबंधी नियम को समायोजित करना शामिल है, लेकिन इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं है. सभी प्रतिभागी इन संशोधित शर्तों से बाध्य होंगे. जहाँ तक व्यावहारिक हो, MEXC प्रभावी होने से पहले भौतिक परिवर्तनों की सूचना देने का प्रयास करेगा. जहाँ MEXC इन शर्तों के तहत किसी भी विवेक का प्रयोग करता है, वह ऐसा उचित तरीके से करेगा.</li><li>MEXC इस इवेंट के लिए अंतिम व्याख्या का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है. अगर आपका कोई प्रश्न है, तो कृपया कस्टमर सर्विस टीम से संपर्क करें.</li><li>अंग्रेजी वर्शन और किसी अनुवाद के बीच किसी भी असंगति या विसंगति की स्थिति में, अंग्रेजी वर्शन ही मान्य होगा.</li></ul>

Event Rules

  • This event is open to selected users only.
  • For the referral event, new users must reach a minimum net deposit of 100 USDT and hold it for 72 hours to qualify for rewards.
  • Net deposit is calculated as total deposits minus total withdrawals during the event period.
  • Eligible deposit methods include on-chain deposits, fiat deposits, card deposits, P2P trading, and third-party payments. Internal transfers are not counted.
  • Futures trades that incur zero fees or utilize bonuses to offset trading fees shall be excluded from the calculation of valid trading volume.
  • Rewards from this event may not be combined with rewards from other similar events on the platform. In the case of concurrent participation, rewards will be issued as USDT airdrops after deducting any rewards already received from other similar events.
  • The daily trading volume event is categorized into four tiers. Users are eligible to receive only one pass corresponding to the tier achieved on that day and may not claim passes from all tiers.
  • Crypto prizes will be distributed within 1 to 3 days after risk review is completed, while physical prizes will be distributed as USDT airdrops equivalent to the prize values listed on the event page within 14 business days following the completion of the risk review.
  • The value of the physical prizes is listed as follows: Sony camera at $4,000, MacBook Pro at $2,000, Tissot watch at $1,000, Sennheiser headphone at $500, Prada sunglasses at $300, Delonghi coffee machine at $400, Airpods Pro 3 at 300, Philips grooming kit at $100, and Stanley thermos at $50.
  • The position airdrop reward will be automatically distributed with a randomly assigned direction. Distribution will fail if users already hold an open position in the same trading pair. Users may add margin to their awarded positions to increase potential profits, set TP/SL orders on such positions, or choose to close them. Upon closing, if a position generates a profit, the realized profit will be credited to the participant's Futures account, and any remaining margin will be automatically voided. If a position incurs a loss (without additional margin added), the maximum loss shall be limited to the position itself.
  • All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
  • MEXC reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without prior notice.
