• This event is an on-site points trading activity. MEXC makes no guarantees or commitments regarding whether users will obtain the rights and interests of Space-X Stock Tokens. If, after the event ends, users are unable to obtain the relevant rights and interests of Space-X Stock Tokens, MEXC will process a refund for the corresponding points actually purchased by the user at their subscription price.
• This event is not open to residents of the United States* or residents of any restricted countries and regions. For a list of specific restricted countries and regions, see: https://www.mexc.com/terms
• Market makers and institutional users are not eligible for this event.
• New users refer to users who sign up during the event or have a total deposit of less than $100 before the event starts (including on-chain, fiat, and P2P deposits).
• Eligible deposit methods include P2P, fiat currency, and on-chain transfers.
• Participants must complete Advanced KYC verification before the event ends to qualify for rewards.
• Spot trading volume calculation includes transactions of USDT, USDC, USDE, and USD1, and zero-fee transactions are not included. Futures trading volume calculation includes USDT, USDC, and USDE Futures (opening + closing positions), and zero-fee transactions are included. Trading volume generated from copy trading and grid trading is also included. Futures transactions using MX tokens to deduct fees will not be counted as valid trading volume.
• Users must share the referral link from the event page with friends and have them sign up for a MEXC account through this link. Users can only receive rewards after referees successfully participate in the token subscription.
• Users cannot simultaneously receive invitation rewards for Launchpool, Launchpad, and Airdrop+. Referrers will receive rewards based on the events their referees participate in and complete, prioritizing the event that ends first among those their referees participated in, regardless of the order in which they participated. This restriction applies only to referral rewards for Launchpool, Launchpad, and Airdrop+. It does not affect whether Launchpad referral rewards can be combined with other reward types (such as rebates).
• Users can only subscribe to one Launchpad project at a time.
• For pools with insufficient subscriptions, users will receive tokens based on their subscription amount. For oversubscribed pools, tokens will be allocated to users according to the following formula: Allocation = Subscription Amount / Total Subscription Amount × Maximum Allocation. For more details, please refer to the Launchpad FAQ.
• If you ultimately successfully obtain the rights and interests of Space-X Stock Tokens, the airdrop will be distributed to your spot account based on the participation ratio within 6 hours after the event ends.
• Reward distribution may be delayed in entering the recipient's account. In certain cases, the distribution schedule may be extended by up to 24 hours to conduct additional checks.
• Prior to reward distribution, the platform will conduct a final review of user eligibility. If an account is abnormal or does not comply with event requirements, the user will not be able to receive the reward. Please ensure that account behavior complies with platform rules to avoid affecting reward collection.
• All participating users must strictly abide by MEXC's Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant engaging in dishonest or malicious behavior during the event, including mass account registration, self-trading, and any behavior related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• MEXC has the right to modify the terms of this event at any time. If there are changes, no separate notice will be given.
• MEXC reserves the final interpretation rights for this event. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service team.
* US Citizen means (as per Regulation S, Rule 902(k)):
