A passkey is a new authentication technology. Simply put, it allows you to log in quickly using fingerprints, facial recognition, or a device screen lock (such as a PIN), without the need to enter complex verification codes.
Compared with traditional passwords, passkeys are more secure. Because they are linked to your device, even if a hacker knows your account information, they cannot impersonate you on another device. This effectively protects against phishing attacks and other security threats.
