M-Score uses a 1,000-point scoring system, with scores starting from 350 and can exceed 1,500 with no fixed upper limit. Each level requires a specific M-Score threshold.
2.2 How Often Is M-Score Updated?
M-Score follows a T+1 settlement model, which means your trading activity today will be reflected in your score on the next day. If key account tags such as your level change, the system will trigger an additional update immediately.
2.3 What Is the Starting Score For New Users?
New registered users will automatically receive a starting M-Score of 350 one day after account sign-up.
2.4 What Factors Determine M-Score?
M-Score is calculated based on multiple factors, including trading volume, platform activity level, and security credit. The specific weighting is dynamically adjusted by the system.

Trading more and increase your assets
This is the most direct way to earn points. The larger your Spot and Futures trading volume and the greater your account assets, the more M-Score rewards you can receive, with no upper limit. For example, reaching a trading volume of 10,000 USDT can earn you an M-Score reward.
Completing an account profile
Completing certain account setup tasks can earn a one-time score boost. Completing Advanced KYC Verification, adding a passkey, and linking social accounts can all significantly improve your score. For example, completing Advanced KYC Verification can earn you an M-Score reward.
Staying active every day

2.6 What Actions May Cause My M-Score to Drop?
Your M-Score may decrease if:
- Your recent activity declines
- Funds are withdrawn from your account
- Your account violates platform rules

2.7 What Should I Do If My Score Suddenly Shows "Under Review"?
This usually means your account requires additional security verification. Please go to the Verification Task section in the task center and complete the required verification. 4.2 Can My Level Drop?
Yes. Since M-Score is dynamic, your score may fluctuate if your recent activity level declines, your assets are withdrawn, or you violate platform rules. To maintain your current level, we recommend keeping a stable level of trading activity.
4.3 Why Can't I Access the VVIP Entry?
