Congressman hit with horrific voicemail threats

Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) has been targeted with violent and antisemitic voicemails from multiple people, according to TMZ.

Moskowitz, who is Jewish, is well-known for trolling President Donald Trump's allies in congressional hearings.

"TMZ has obtained several voicemails from people who called Congressman Jared Moskowitz's Washington, D.C. office ... all diatribes on Jews, Israel and how both should be exterminated. We're told this is a 'small sampling' of voicemails with the same message and tone," said the report.

One of the callers said, "The U.S. government needs to kill Jews. You kill these [expletive] nasty Jews. Israel is an abomination, it's fake. Jews from Europe are fake. These are Ashkenazi, Satanic fake Jews. Kill every single [expletive] Zionist scumbag. Zionism is treason to We the People, and the U.S. Constitution."

According to TMZ DC reporter Jacob Wasserman in an update on X, "Moskowitz tells me other Jewish members of Congress are dealing with similar threats — along with people commonly seen on TV, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Rashida Tlaib."

Threats against Moskowitz have also cropped up in the past. In 2024, a convicted felon wielding a rifle and sporting body armor was arrested with an antisemitic "manifesto" and a "target list" that included Moskowitz.
