Still arguably best known for her 10 seasons playing Rachel Green on the hit sitcom Friends (1994-2004), Aniston, 56, has built an entertainment career for herself over the years that is difficult to even try to compare to others, creating a longevity within this industry that is rather unprecedented. Having initially reached out to the innovative low-impact fitness company just to express her appreciation when striving to stay active while recovering from an injury, Aniston now utilizes her elevated platform with the team at Pvolve to spread the word about these wellness opportunities available to the public today. With the option to take workout classes at Pvolve locations around the country or simply exercise from the comfort of one’s own home with virtually guided instruction, Aniston is living and breathing proof that you can in fact reach your full potential – mind, body and soul.

I spoke with Aniston over Zoom before experiencing a Pvolve class myself with her go-to head trainer Dani Coleman at their West Hollywood, California location, as we discussed her life and career today, as well as her overall mindset lately.

Jeff Conway: First of all, now a few years into this passion project that you have in and around Pvolve, Jen, what have you learned more about yourself through these workouts and with your chosen business dealings here?

Jennifer Aniston: Well, what I learned about my body is that I can workout efficiently and not hurt myself and not dread the workout, because it’s so enjoyable and every workout is completely different. I haven’t had an injury – knock on wood – since starting this workout – meaning if I have had an injury, it’s had nothing to do with the workout. It’s just my wonderful, klutzy nature. As far as workouts go, it’s made me extremely mindful of my body and that you don’t have to break it or hurt it to get an efficient physical workout.

Conway: Absolutely. I’m curious too, I heard about Pvolve’s new Longevity Bundle. What will that entail, Jen, in bringing another level of productivity to your own workouts and to anybody that uses Pvolve?

Aniston: It adds more variety to our products and everything, all of the equipment that we have. It increases our resistance. It’s just another wonderful addition to all of the great items that we already have.

Conway: So, what does the term “longevity” mean to you at this stage of your life and career? Have you noticed your outlook changing at all over the years with the term?

Aniston: Huh! I guess longevity as you get older means something different, right? We are getting older every single day, and as we get older, how do we stay as physically fit and have healthy longevity? It’s like we want to be here for as long as we can. So, how can we be the best that we can be, the strongest that we can be, throughout this wonderful journey on the planet that we all share?

Conway: Jen, as we head further into the fall season now, what do you do to stay motivated with your Pvolve workouts, even when the temperatures begin to drop everywhere and that sweater and that blanket look easier and easier to choose over our fitness habits? How do you stay motivated?

Aniston: Oh god, that just sounded so nice! You know, I just was saying before, you have to just motivate yourself. You have to psych yourself up, and also listen to your body. If your body is saying I don’t want to work out because you haven’t had a proper sleep, or if you’re sort of feeling there’s some tweak somewhere in your body, then listen to your body. I always think if you’re not well-rested, a workout isn’t always the smartest thing because you’re not thinking on your toes. You could do one little slip of something or you injure yourself, and what’s the point? But if it’s just because I don’t want to, which happens a lot, just got to say you can do anything for 20 minutes and give yourself a 20-minute [workout] – and then you usually end up doing 45. Put your workout clothes on. You will feel so much better when you’re done! Anybody can do anything for 20 minutes.

Conway: But Jen, what are you enjoying about your fitness choices and active lifestyle today? I have seen you lately. You are looking fit. You are looking happy. You are looking healthy. In what ways are you enjoying your fitness choices and your active lifestyle today, more than you did perhaps in years past?

Aniston: Well, A) I don’t have to work out as long. B) My body doesn’t hurt. And C) I feel stronger and more fit than I kind of in any phase of my life have been.

Conway: That’s great to hear. Jen, if I may too, I asked Jane Fonda this recently, Lindsay Lohan. You know, who is Jennifer Aniston in 2025? What brings the greatest passion and purpose to your days lately?

Aniston: Oh my god, I don’t know. Somebody who is just trying to maintain a positive outlook on life and stay in joy. Where can we add? How can we help? How can we add to the world in a positive light? Where can we also turn off the bad, turn off the noise, turn off the bad news? Take in the good news and take in what is working, what is beautiful and what is joyful – because that needs as much attention as the other stuff. I think we are like antennas – we have to be really careful what our channels are receiving.

Conway: I most definitely agree with you there, Jen. So lastly, when it comes to your Pvolve workouts – you have your LolaVie haircare line as well, of course. I know you have the cute Clydeo children’s book now, your ongoing entertainment career. What would you like to say to the women and men out there who continue to champion all that you do as an entrepreneur today, Jen, knowing that you do not put your time and energy towards anything that you do not full-heartedly believe in and confidently embrace yourself?

Aniston: To everybody who supports, I’m just so grateful that I’m able to provide. Everything that I do, I do with love and have experienced it myself. It’s just something that has worked for me, and I love sharing, I love sharing things that have helped me. I just love it. I’m a big sharer of information, when it comes to making ourselves feel better and stronger and more joyful. So, The Clydeo Fund and my Clydeo books and my Clydeo animated character are just something that came out of such joy. I was always interested in animation. When they asked me about creating a character that we could basically combine it and make it into a charitable piece, and knowing that animal rescues and dog rescues and shelters are suffering so intensely right now. So, that was just everything. I mean, it matters. I’m really grateful. I love creating my haircare line. I have so much fun in the development of those products, and they work and my girlfriends love them. It makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something in sharing that. Same with the work I do as an actor and producer. You know, evolve, physical – there’s a theme here, basically. It’s a holistic approach, that’s for sure.

The post Here’s How Consumers May Benefit From Lower Interest Rates appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Topline The Federal Reserve on Wednesday opted to ease interest rates for the first time in months, leading the way for potentially lower mortgage rates, bond yields and a likely boost to cryptocurrency over the coming weeks. Average long-term mortgage rates dropped to their lowest levels in months ahead of the central bank’s policy shift. Copyright{2018} The Associated Press. All rights reserved. Key Facts The central bank’s policymaking panel voted this week to lower interest rates, which have sat between 4.25% and 4.5% since December, to a new range of 4% and 4.25%. How Will Lower Interest Rates Impact Mortgage Rates? Mortgage rates tend to fall before and during a period of interest rate cuts: The average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage dropped to 6.35% from 6.5% last week, the lowest level since October 2024, mortgage buyer Freddie Mac reported. Borrowing costs on 15-year fixed-rate mortgages also dropped to 5.5% from 5.6% as they neared the year-ago rate of 5.27%. When the Federal Reserve lowered the funds rate to between 0% and 0.25% during the pandemic, 30-year mortgage rates hit record lows between 2.7% and 3% by the end of 2020, according to data published by Freddie Mac. Consumers who refinanced their mortgages in 2020 saved about $5.3 billion annually as rates dropped, according to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Similarly, mortgage rates spiked around 7% as interest rates were hiked in 2022 and 2023, though mortgage rates appeared to react within weeks of the Fed opting to cut or raise rates. How Do Treasury Bonds Respond To Lower Interest Rates? Long-term Treasury yields are more directly influenced by interest rates, as lower rates tend to result in lower yields. When the Fed pushed rates to near zero during the pandemic, 10-year Treasury yields fell to an all-time low of 0.5%. As…

Key topics include SEC vs CFTC oversight split, DeFi regulation, and securities rules. Critics call the roundtable slow, citing Trump’s 2025 executive order as faster. Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has confirmed that he will attend the Senate Banking Committee roundtable on crypto market structure legislation.  Hoskinson left a hint about his attendance on X while highlighting Journalist Eleanor Terrett’s latest post about the event. Crypto insiders will meet with government officials Terrett shared information gathered from some invitees to the event, noting that a group of leaders from several major cryptocurrency establishments would attend the event. According to Terrett, the group will meet with the Senate Banking Committee leadership in a roundtable to continue talks on market structure regulation. It is part of the Donald Trump administration’s efforts to provide clarity in the US cryptocurrency ecosystem, which many crypto supporters consider a necessity for the digital asset industry. Despite the ongoing process, some crypto users are unsatisfied with how the US government is handling the issue, particularly the level of bureaucracy involved in creating a lasting cryptocurrency regulatory framework. One such user criticized the process, describing it as a “masterclass in bureaucratic foot-dragging.” According to the critic, America is losing ground to nations already leading in blockchain innovation.
