The company stated that even with the current surge in cryptocurrency crime, the company remains focused on addressing future threats to digital assets. The Trezor Safe 7 introduces a quantum-ready architecture that supports post-quantum cryptographic updates, and its bootloader is built on a hybrid classical and post-quantum signature scheme. One of the new features of the Safe 7 is Trezor's open-source secure element, the TROPIC01 chip.
