Hundreds more had reported problems with the Google search engine, Google Sheets and Google Docs, and there were dozens of reports about Google Workspace, the cloud computing and collaboration tools used by millions of companies worldwide. Google at 1:45 p.m. said it was “investigating access issues” with Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs that began around noon. The Google Workspace status dashboard said in a 4:18 p.m. EST update customers could try to reboot their routers as a potential workaround, adding mobile devices might also help customers access the impacted services.
