SAN DIEGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#businessdisputes–Klinedinst PC, a prominent business and litigation law firm with seven offices across the Western U.S., announced today that longtime Shareholder and immediate-past Treasurer Ian A. Rambarran has been elected as Chief Executive Officer following a unanimous decision by the firm’s Board of Directors.
