O’Neill Vintners & Distillers Launches FitVine Free, First to Market With Functional, Non-Alcoholic Wine

LARKSPUR, Calif. –(BUSINESS WIRE)–O’Neill Vintners & Distillers’ FitVine Wine, a leader in better-for-you wines, today announced the launch of FitVine Free. O’Neill, a Certified B Corp company, is the first to market with a functional verjus-based, non-alcoholic wine crafted from the ground up with purpose, flavor, and wellness in mind.

Non-alcoholic wine shouldn’t feel like a compromise. FitVine Free was created for consumers who want to stay present, feel good, and still enjoy the ritual and flavor of wine, without the alcohol, added sugar, or excess calories.

While many non-alcoholic wines begin as fully fermented wine and then remove the alcohol, often stripping away character in the process, FitVine Free Winemaker Steven DeCosta takes a different approach. The wine is crafted from high-quality California verjus, an early-harvest grape juice prized for its natural vibrancy and freshness. Real fruit juice is layered in to deliver functional benefits, including electrolytes like potassium and magnesium to support hydration, finished with a bright, craveable flavor.

In its flagship Power Red, FitVine Free goes one step further with a subtle infusion of adaptogens, including ginseng, passionflower, and other botanicals traditionally associated with balance and resilience, thoughtfully crafted to complement an active, mindful lifestyle.

The result is a wine alternative that is crisp, balanced, and occasion-worthy. Each FitVine Free selection contains less than 0.5% ABV, no sugar added, and 35 calories or less per serving, making it an easy choice for weekday dinners, celebrations, and everything in between.

The FitVine Free lineup includes three distinct styles:

  • Power Red (Petite Sirah): Blackberry, plum, blueberry, and oak
  • Sparkling White (Chardonnay): Ripe apple, peach, oak, and white tea
  • Sparkling Rosé (Pinot Noir): Raspberry, strawberry, and citrus blossom

FitVine Free is proof that ‘better-for-you’ can still taste great,” said Founder and CEO, Jeff O’Neill. “We saw an opportunity to lead the category forward-not just with non-alcoholic wine, but with a functional option that delivers on flavor, quality, and nearly half the price of most other wines in this category.”

Product Highlights:

  • Crafted from the ground up with vibrant California verjus, not dealcoholized wine
  • Made with real fruit, electrolytes, and functional ingredients
  • No sugar added; 35 calories or less per serving
  • Three styles designed for every occasion

FitVine Free represents the next evolution of wine, one where flavor, function, and lifestyle align in a single glass. For more information or to shop FitVine Free, visit fitvinewine.com

The post Another Nasdaq-Listed Company Announces Massive Bitcoin (BTC) Purchase! Becomes 14th Largest Company! – They’ll Also Invest in Trump-Linked Altcoin! appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. While the number of Bitcoin (BTC) treasury companies continues to increase day by day, another Nasdaq-listed company has announced its purchase of BTC. Accordingly, live broadcast and e-commerce company GD Culture Group announced a $787.5 million Bitcoin purchase agreement. According to the official statement, GD Culture Group announced that they have entered into an equity agreement to acquire assets worth $875 million, including 7,500 Bitcoins, from Pallas Capital Holding, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. GD Culture will issue approximately 39.2 million shares of common stock in exchange for all of Pallas Capital’s assets, including $875.4 million worth of Bitcoin. GD Culture CEO Xiaojian Wang said the acquisition deal will directly support the company’s plan to build a strong and diversified crypto asset reserve while capitalizing on the growing institutional acceptance of Bitcoin as a reserve asset and store of value. With this acquisition, GD Culture is expected to become the 14th largest publicly traded Bitcoin holding company. The number of companies adopting Bitcoin treasury strategies has increased significantly, exceeding 190 by 2025. Immediately after the deal was announced, GD Culture shares fell 28.16% to $6.99, their biggest drop in a year. As you may also recall, GD Culture announced in May that it would create a cryptocurrency reserve. At this point, the company announced that they plan to invest in Bitcoin and President Donald Trump’s official meme coin, TRUMP token, through the issuance of up to $300 million in stock. *This is not investment advice. New Trump appointee Miran calls for half-point cut in only dissent as rest of Fed bands together

The post New Trump appointee Miran calls for half-point cut in only dissent as rest of Fed bands together appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Stephen Miran, chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers and US Federal Reserve governor nominee for US President Donald Trump, arrives for a Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee confirmation hearing in Washington, DC, US, on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025. The Senate Banking Committee’s examination of Stephen Miran’s appointment will provide the first extended look at how prominent Republican senators balance their long-standing support of an independent central bank against loyalty to their party leader. Photographer: Daniel Heuer/Bloomberg via Getty Images Daniel Heuer | Bloomberg | Getty Images Newly-confirmed Federal Reserve Governor Stephen Miran dissented from the central bank’s decision to lower the federal funds rate by a quarter percentage point on Wednesday, choosing instead to call for a half-point cut. Miran, who was confirmed by the Senate to the Fed Board of Governors on Monday, was the sole dissenter in the Federal Open Market Committee’s statement. Governors Michelle Bowman and Christopher Waller, who had dissented at the Fed’s prior meeting in favor of a quarter-point move, were aligned with Fed Chair Jerome Powell and the others besides Miran this time. Miran was selected by Trump back in August to fill the seat that was vacated by former Governor Adriana Kugler after she suddenly announced her resignation without stating a reason for doing so. He has said that he will take an unpaid leave of absence as chair of the White House’s Council of Economic Advisors rather than fully resign from the position. Miran’s place on the board, which will last until Jan. 31, 2026 when Kugler’s term was due to end, has been viewed by critics as a threat from Trump to the Fed’s independence, as the president has nominated three of the seven members. Trump also said in August that he had fired Federal Reserve Board Governor…
