This February, the Association of Information Technology Experts (AITEX) will host the AITEX Summit Winter 2026. The event will gather professionals from engineering, infrastructure, product development, and data to showcase systems and tools ready for use in real environments. The theme of the event is “From Insight to Action,” reflecting the Summit’s commitment to practical results over theory.

While this year’s theme centers on data, the Summit welcomes contributions from a broad range of technical and operational fields. Participants do not need to submit specific data tools. What matters is whether a project solves a real problem and proves its value under practical testing. Every accepted entry must be original, functional, and built for use.

A Judging Panel With Real Experience

Each project will be reviewed by a panel of senior experts from more than 20 countries. These judges are are professionals who work daily in software development, infrastructure, product design, and system architecture. Every judge has a record of building stable, effective, and scalable systems.

The selection process for judges is structured and credential-based. AITEX chooses reviewers based on their experience and ability to assess tools under practical conditions. Judges are expected to test projects hands-on. They do not rely solely on presentations. Each submission must undergo review and show that it can deliver value in real-world use.

At the Fall 2025 Summit, several judges actively worked to improve projects throughout the event. Nine were formally recognized for their contributions to technical, strategic, and user-centered feedback. That commitment continues into the upcoming Winter 2026 event.

Professional Participation and Project Requirements

The AITEX Summit is designed for professionals with direct experience in building or deploying systems, platforms, or tools. This includes contributors in software, infrastructure, data, product, and other technology-related fields.

Submissions must be new and usable. The panel does not consider clones, templates, or demo-only tools. A successful submission will demonstrate clear value and pass hands-on review. Projects must be relevant to a real setting and built to work, not just to look good.

Previous accepted projects include SlideRevive, a tool that transforms cluttered presentation slides into clean, accessible decks. Another tool, RescueMind, helped emergency teams create disaster response plans with real-time data. Both projects were first introduced at the AITEX Summit Fall 2025, where they were tested under time constraints and reviewed for usability, speed, and reliability by a panel of experienced judges.

What the Theme Means This Year

The theme From Insight to Action calls on participants to take ideas further and turn them into functioning systems. It is not enough to study a problem. The Summit is about applying knowledge to create something that works and solves that problem effectively.

Projects do not need to be large or complex. They need to be relevant, useful, and well-constructed. Judges will look for clarity, execution, and fit for purpose. Every submission is held to the same high standard.

An Event Built Around Results

AITEX events follow a clear format. They focus on working solutions, not theoretical discussions. Previous Summits have featured tools for emergency response, education, infrastructure, and operations. Each project earned its place by solving a real problem and proving it through performance.

The Winter 2026 Summit continues that approach. It offers a space where professionals can test their work, gain structured feedback, and connect with others who value results over talk.

How to Register

AITEX Summit Winter 2026: From Insight to Action takes place this February. Participation is limited to individuals with proven experience in building or deploying functional systems. All judges and participants are selected based on experience and contribution. Submissions will be reviewed through a clear, structured process.
