Stephen Miller's shooting response leads to massive dogpile: 'Blood on your hands'

White House deputy chief of staff for policy Stephen Miller came under fire for his response to the latest immigration agent-involved shooting in Minneapolis, with the Democratic Party unleashing a vulgar answer that shocked observers.

The official X account for the Democrats Saturday posted a video of the recent killing of Veteran Affairs ICU nurse Alex Pretti by agents, adding the following caption:

"ICE agents shot and killed another person in Minneapolis this morning. Get ICE out of Minnesota NOW."

Miller seized on that statement, adding one of his own.

"A would-be assassin tried to murder federal law enforcement and the official Democrat account sides with the terrorists," he wrote, neglecting to mention that most experts have said the victim was disarmed before the shooting.

The Dems had a brief reply:

"You’re a f------ liar with blood on your hands," they wrote.

Author Nick Bryant also responded to Miller, writing, "The 'would-be assassin' was Alex J. Pretti, a 37-year-old intensive care unit nurse at the Department of Veterans Affairs hospital in Minneapolis. No video evidence that he brandished or tried to use his gun. He held up a phone."

Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau chimed in, "F--- you, you lying piece of fascist s---."

Journalist Glenn Greenwald also weighed in:

"Even if you want to justify this ICE killing of an American, it's a blatant lie to claim that 'a would-be assassin tried to murder federal law enforcement.' That didn't happen. Also, automatically labelling Americans killed by ICE as 'terrorists' is the Israelization of the US."

Professor Garett Jones said, "Stop importing your autocratic Belarusian values to America. Heritage Americans don't want your culture transplant, Stephen."

Another professor, Fernand R. Amandi, wrote, "You can either believe this Nazi scumbag or your own eyes."

Retired political reporter Doug Sovern said, "Miller calls ICU nurse who was carrying his legal gun a 'would-be assassin.' He was actually trying to help a woman."

"ICE beat him to the ground, pummeled, then shot him multiple times. Where is the NRA 2A outrage?" he asked. "The American people overwhelmingly want this madness to stop."
