TLDR

  • Ondas (ONDS), Palantir (PLTR), and World View Enterprises announced a three-way partnership to build AI-powered ISR systems.
  • The collaboration will use Palantir’s AI platform alongside World View’s stratospheric Stratollite balloons and Ondas’ autonomous aerial and ground systems.
  • Three programs are planned: Palantir Warp Speed, AI Flight Director, and SkyWeaver — covering supply chain, mission ops, and edge computing.
  • Integration across Ondas’ portfolio is expected to begin in Q4 2026, with World View work already underway.
  • ONDS was up 2.34% in Thursday premarket trading, and the stock has risen over 1,300% in the past year.

Ondas has had a busy week. The Florida-based defense tech company announced a partnership Thursday with Palantir Technologies and World View Enterprises to build AI-enabled intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) systems across stratospheric, aerial, and ground platforms.

The deal brings together three distinct capabilities. Palantir contributes its AI platform. World View brings its Stratollite high-altitude balloon systems, which operate between aircraft and satellites in the stratosphere. Ondas provides its autonomous aerial, ground, and counter-drone systems through its Ondas Autonomous Systems unit.

The idea is to create a single, unified command and control infrastructure for ISR missions — connecting data and operations across all three platform types.

Three specific programs sit at the core of this agreement. Palantir Warp Speed will build a data layer connecting supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing to support fleet scaling. AI Flight Director will merge atmospheric data, telemetry, and modeling into one platform for mission ops. SkyWeaver will develop edge computing systems for on-vehicle data processing.

Work on World View’s stratospheric systems is already underway. Integration across Ondas’ full portfolio is expected to kick off in Q4 2026.

Palantir CEO Alex Karp called persistent sensing platforms like Stratollites and Ondas’ autonomous systems “a new frontier in operational intelligence.” World View CEO Ryan Hartman said the partnership will help scale stratospheric missions and deliver faster insights in complex environments.

Ondas CEO Eric Brock described it as a step toward building scalable ISR architecture for multi-domain operations.

ONDS rose 2.34% in Thursday premarket trading to $10.06, according to Benzinga Pro data.

A Busy Run of Announcements

This partnership builds on Ondas’ recently announced strategic investment and agreement with World View — so the two companies were already in each other’s orbit before Palantir entered the picture.

Earlier this week, Ondas also received an initial $15.8 million order for a national demining program in Israel. That’s the first operational order under a multi-year initiative potentially worth $60 million in total.

The company also recently announced the acquisition of BIRD Aerosystems, an Israeli firm specializing in missile protection and intelligence solutions. BIRD’s aircraft protection platform is deployed on over 700 aircraft across more than 40 types worldwide.

Ondas pre-announced Q4 revenues of $29.1 million to $30.1 million — roughly a 600% year-over-year jump. Full-year 2025 revenue is expected to come in at $49.7 million to $50.7 million.

Analyst Outlook

Analysts have taken notice. Needham, Stifel, and Lake Street all carry Buy ratings on the stock, with price targets of $17, $18, and $19 respectively.

The stock has gained over 1,310% in the past 12 months, pushing its market cap to $4.42 billion. It currently trades around $9.83–$10.06.

Ondas is set to report full earnings on March 25, 2026. Analysts estimate a loss of 4 cents per share on revenue of $27.86 million.

The RSI sits at a neutral 47.37. Key resistance is at $12.00, with support at $8.50.
