In response to SpaceX's official stock split, MEXC will conduct a corresponding split of the SPACEX(PRE) token. As a mirror credit, SPACEX(PRE) tracks SpaceX's market value before and after its IPO. This adjustment is intended to keep the mirror credit aligned with SpaceX's updated share structure and ensure it continues to accurately reflect the value of the underlying shares.

Background

Following board approval and shareholder authorization, SpaceX has officially implemented a 5-for-1 stock split. After the split, the company's overall market capitalization and total shareholder equity remain unchanged.

Trading Suspension and Resumption

To avoid potential trading disputes during the split process and ensure accurate asset accounting, MEXC will adjust the SPACEX(PRE) trading market as follows:

• Trading Suspension Period: The trading suspension schedule will be announced separately. Please stay tuned for further updates.

• During the suspension period, all open market orders will be automatically canceled. Users are advised to cancel orders in advance.

• Trading Resumption: Trading will resume once all split tokens have been distributed to users. The exact timing will be announced officially.

Token Split Rules

MEXC will take a snapshot of users' SPACEX(PRE) holdings at the time trading is suspended and distribute split tokens based on a 1:5 ratio.

• Holding Quantity Adjustment: After the split, users' SPACEX(PRE) holdings will increase fivefold.

Example: If you hold 10 SPACEX(PRE) tokens at the time of the snapshot, you will receive an additional 40 SPACEX(PRE) tokens after the split, bringing your total holdings to 50 SPACEX(PRE).

• Underlying Share Value Remains Unchanged: Following the split adjustment, each SPACEX(PRE) token will correspond to one post-split SpaceX share.

Impact on Users' Holdings and Asset Value

• Total Asset Value Remains Unchanged: The split will not affect the total value of your SPACEX(PRE) holdings.

• Price & Quantity Adjusted Proportionally: After the split, the market price per SPACEX(PRE) token will be adjusted to one-fifth of its pre-split value, while users' holdings will increase fivefold.

Calculation Formula:

Total Value = Pre-Split Quantity × Pre-Split Price

= (Pre-Split Quantity × 5) × (Pre-Split Price ÷ 5)

Note: This calculation does not account for market fluctuations. Under normal market conditions, users' net asset value remains unchanged before and after the split.

• Increased price volatility caused by information transmission delays, market sentiment, and changes in order book depth
